After contacting a few companies for a price, we decided to visit Hadleigh Glass and look at their showroom, which gave us the ability to actually see and discuss the windows and doors we were looking for. Something that we had not been able to do elsewhere, this was a big plus for us, as changing 14 windows and 4 doors is a big job and one we wanted to have assurance would be handled professionally and to the standards anyone would expect when having work on your home done.
We were not disappointed, from entering the showroom, everyone was friendly and helpful (we even got a coffee!) and then as we were shown around the products that they offer, we were given detailed information about each aspect, and the chance to discuss options on how we might change things. Some of the ideas were great and ones we would not have done, had we not spoken to an expert on windows and doors. With choices on designs and colours, there is a lot to consider and a daunting task, but there was no hard sell, no pushing for answers! Instead we gave the details for a price and had it emailed back within a couple days.
